Living Faith Fellowship in Eureka will be hosting a concert with the Gospel Echoes Mercy Road Team on Sunday, November 7th at 6:00pm. The Gospel Echoes Mercy Road Team will be sharing a variety of Gospel songs along with a presentation about the Gospel Echoes prison ministry based out of Goshen, IN.  A love offering will be received. Liberty Bible Church in Eureka is hosting a Veteran’s dinner on November 8th at 5:30pm.  It is free to any veteran along with one guest.  A ribeye dinner with baked potato, vegetables, and dessert will be served at no cost.  Guest speaker, Colonel George Youstra, a former chaplain to the Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Special Operations Command will address the attendees.  Each veteran will receive a gift. To reserve a seat, contact the church at 309-444-4644.


It’s time for Christmas in the Country! Join West Twin Grove Christian Church for their annual Christmas in the Country event to kick off the Christmas season! They will have a variety of vendors, handmade Christmas décor, and a bake sale! The event will take place on November 12th from 9am-3pm and on the 13th from 9am-2pm. Brian Free & Assurance will return to Evangelical United Methodist Church on Friday, November 19th at 7pm for another great night in their gospel concert series.  EUMC is located at 401 Walnut Street, Washington, just 4 blocks east of the town square.  Tickets are $5 and will be available at the door or by contacting Don Moushon at 309-444-4342.  A free-will offering will also be taken that evening to help with the group's ministry and travel expenses.


The award winning Gospel Quartet Singers, The Ball Brothers, will be presenting their annual Christmas Concert once again this year at Mt. Pulaski Christian Church on November 20th. This distinctive Southern Gospel Quartet’s close, smooth harmony appeals to groups of all ages with their mix of traditional and contemporary music. Join the Peoria Area Civic Chorale and their special guest, Thomas Studebaker, on December 17th for their next presentation of An American Family Christmas! Get into the Yuletide spirit with beautiful music from classical carols like I Wonder as I Wander, Silent Night and O Come All Ye Faithful to secular holiday favorites like It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year and a special musical adaptation of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.
