Northminster Presbyterian Church, 10720 N. Knoxville Ave., in Peoria, is offering DivorceCare. This program will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Childcare is available. For more information, call the church at 691-6322.

The Community Harvest Food Pantry, an outreach ministry of Trinity Mennonite Church, is open on Saturday mornings, 10 a.m. until noon at the church facility, 1901 S. Fourth Ave., in Morton. Enter the building at the south office door entrance. If you are in need of their services or ministry, please contact the church office at 263-8808.

Washington Christian Church is collecting denim jeans for wounded soldiers overseas. The church is working with “Operation Quiet Comfort” to turn the denim material in quilts that have “get well” and “thinking of you” messages on them, and then will be sent to military hospitals overseas. If you would like to donate your old denim blue jeans, please contact Washington Christian Church, 1012 N. Main Street, in Washington, at 444-2550, or call Kim at 712-6493.

Morton United Methodist Church, 420 N. Tennessee Ave., in Morton, invites children and their families to attend Vacation Bible School from Sunday, June 28th, through Thursday, July 2nd. July 4th

Karen Peck and New River will be in concert July 4th at the First Baptist Church, 515 N. Ladd Street, in Pontiac. There is no charge to attend. The Evangelical United Methodist Church, 401 Walnut Street, in Washington is hosting VBS for children ages 5 through 12, on July 19th through the 23rd.
