Enjoy an evening of laughter with the ‘Queen of Clean,’ Chonda Pierce, Sunday, September 19th at 7:00 p.m. at Riverside Community Church, 207 Northeast Monroe Street in Peoria. The 40 Days for Life Kickoff Rally is coming up on September 21st at 6:30pm at Riverside Community Church in Peoria. Sidewalk counselor Bonnie Donley will be the featured speaker along with Father Bill Miller of the Catholic Diocese of Peoria and John King, founding pastor of Riverside. This event will kick off the 40 Days for Life, an innovative pro-life project that includes 40 days of prayer and fasting, peaceful vigils at abortion facilities, and grassroots educational outreach, from September 22nd through October 31st. Living Alternatives Pregnancy Resource Center, Tazewell County, will host its annual fundraising banquet on Thursday, September 23rd, at 7:00 p.m., at Embassy Suites, East Peoria.
