The Illinois Great Rivers Conference Chapter of the Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts will hold its 22nd annual handbell festival on Saturday, March 13th, at the Northfield Inn in Springfield. This all-day event is open to handbell choirs and/or individual ringers. Participation is limited to the first 200 registrants. The registration deadline is Saturday, February 13.
