The Vineyard Church Bloomington Normal in partnership with Convoy of Hope are hosting a free Family-Friendly event called, Day of Hope, to serve the families in the community on Saturday, May 16th from 11am-2pm. The event will provide essential resources and activities, including a free grocery bag giveaway, a diaper and wipe grab and go, a clothing pantry, and access to other community resources and organizations. Due to a rainy forecast the Peoria prayer gathering is moving to the Agape School of Supernatural Ministry, 610 Abingdon Street in Peoria.

Arise309 is facilitating the Peoria area National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 7th. This gathering is for all of the body of Christ in the Central Illinois Region. There will be thousands of prayer events across the nation that day. The event will include worship and prayers for the nation, state, and Peoria area led by local leaders.

We will focus on praying for the needs of our country, our region and more. Parking is available around the plaza and near the Visitors Center. There are no chairs, but there are a few benches.
