Prayer Vigil for Charlie Kirk
250 “Freedom” t-shirts to be given away on a first come basis.
Bill Allison @ Warrior Men's Training
Bill Allison of Cadre Ministries is this month’s speaker.
The Details:
Bring your own sword (Bible).
Bring your own chair to sit on. (BRING CHAIR).
Silence your cell phone when you arrive. (No distractions).
Be humble, broken, and willing to learn.
Make new friendships and solidify old ones.
Remember that the youngest age is 5th grade. We may be talking about some tough stuff at times.Who: Men and Boys of all ages that want to learn how to be mighty warriors for the LORD.
What: 2 hours of discipleship, learning, growing, prayer, study, praise, repentance, fellowship, snacks, & fun!
Why: Because men shouldn’t be boys and boys should become men.
1 Timothy 6:12 tells us to “fight the good fight of the faith”. So, we are in a war. And if we’re in a war, we need to know the conditions of the battle. Ephesians 6:10-20 spells all that out clearly. We need to know who our enemy is, what armor we have, how to fight, who’s in the fight with us, and how to win.
If you've never attended, don't worry about missing the past... each event stands on its own.
The previous training events were a great success. We've had powerful speakers. We've made new friends and connected with old ones. We've prepared men and boys of all ages for battle.
Each time we meet, we lay another block in the foundation of truth that is missing from our culture.
Please sign up ("register" on this website) so we know you are coming and have accurate counts.
More info:
What if we found out that our country was going to be attacked in the next couple days? What if we knew that our family was at risk of being killed during this battle? What if our military told us that we get to be guerilla fighters who will battle the enemy from inside?
We don't have a physical battle (yet). But we are in a spiritual battle right now!!!
This night is about discipleship in the battle… being a disciple and making disciples, across the generations.
Each time we meet we will have a speaker, recite and study some scripture, sing a couple rockin’ worship songs, pray, fellowship, eat snacks, and have fun playing some sort of game (dodgeball, wiffleball, knockout, etc.)
