Bethany Community Church's Community Running Club invites you to join them for a Race/Walk event on November 22nd to support My Sister's House. The race will take place on the property of Bethany Community Church in Washington. The event includes a timed 5K and an untimed 1.5 mile walk. Thanksgiving or turkey themed costumes are encouraged! Optional obstacles include a slalom through trees, riding large trikes, hopping hay bales, a farmer's carry, an army crawl under cargo nets, and more! Participants can skip the obstacles that don't interest them. The 5K and walk begin at 9am. Jogging strollers are welcome, but for safety, pets are not allowed on the course. The top 3 male and female finishers will each receive a $20 gift card, and the best turkey costume or Thanksgiving-themed attire will also receive a $20 gift card.
